Wool has a self-cleaning property, so you don't need to wash wool as often, but it's a good idea to hang it outside to air out.
Additionally, the bamboo interior makes it particularly suitable for children who don't like wool directly on their skin.

Småfolk wool is easy to clean. A good property of wool is that it is self-cleaning. The wool naturally contains lanolin, which combines with the skin's moisture and salts (or urine) and saponifies, causing sweat odors to disappear. We recommend hanging wool to air out or over a chair back and not washing it unless the clothes are actually dirty. Småfolk's wool has undergone an easy-care treatment, so it can be machine washed normally. Småfolk recommends washing with detergents specially designed for wool care. The raw wool is 100% mulesing-free.
The wool is treated and processed according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Washing instructions: Wool can be machine washed on a wool program at a maximum of 30°, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron at low temperature, do not dry clean.
