Return

Småfolk accepts a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. To receive a full refund, the goods must be unused and in the same condition as when received, and must be returned with a completed return form.

Once we have received your return package, we will transfer the refunded amount to your account. We will only issue refunds to the credit card used to pay for the goods. This is to prevent the illegal use of stolen credit cards. Please note that the processing time is 5 business days.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returned goods or the return of exchanged goods.
Småfolk does not accept goods sent "without delivery" or packages sent cash on delivery.
Remember to keep your postal receipt to document that the package has been sent.

Exchanging goods
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for the new item.
