When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored exclusively for payment processing and fulfilling the contract concluded. When making payments, some of your data will be shared with Shopify Payment, including information required to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
Provided you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your email address to send a newsletter. You can subscribe and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to purchase a product, unfortunately you will not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Your data (with the exception of your email address if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of sending offers) will be deleted 3 years after you have received your item or service.

If you rate our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the review sites Trustpilot, Google and Facebook.
We host our website with Simply.com, Brandstoff Consulting and Tradede and use a payment system via Shopify Payment, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website is stored in the data centers of Simply.com, Brandstoff Consulting and Traedes.
We use external companies as suppliers to provide our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and, in certain cases, process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have concluded data processing agreements with our data processors, which are our guarantee that they comply with the applicable regulations for the protection of your personal data.
